Account & Registration

Getting started, verification, and managing your profile

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, active Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a password. After submitting your details, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number for verification — enter it to activate your account. You can then log in, complete KYC verification, and make your first deposit in PHP. The whole process from sign-up to a funded account typically takes only a few minutes. Registration is free.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use a 775pub account. This requirement is firm and applies to all Philippine players. Age is confirmed during the KYC verification process. Accounts where the registered player cannot confirm they are 21 or older will be suspended. 775pub does not allow anyone under 21 to access the platform under any circumstances. If you are unsure whether someone using your device is underage, keep your account credentials private and change your password if needed.

No. 775pub operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating duplicate accounts — under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balance in duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have forgotten your login details or your account is locked, contact the support team at [email protected] rather than creating a new account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents are valid Philippine government-issued IDs, including:
  • Philippine passport
  • Driver's licence
  • National ID (PhilSys)
The document must be current, clearly legible, and match the name and date of birth on your account. In some cases, additional proof of address may be requested. KYC protects your account and ensures withdrawals only go to the verified account holder. Questions about the process can be sent to [email protected].
💳

Deposits & Withdrawals

PHP transactions, payment methods, and timelines

775pub accepts Philippine Peso (PHP) deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:
  • GCash — Philippine mobile e-wallet
  • Maya — Philippine mobile e-wallet
  • InstaPay — real-time interbank fund transfer
  • PESONet — batch interbank transfer
  • Philippine online banking via major local banks
All transactions are in PHP. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering on 775pub. For the current list of available methods and any minimum amounts, visit the Deposit page.

Most deposits via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are credited to your 775pub account promptly after the transaction is confirmed on the payment provider's end — this is usually within a few minutes. PESONet bank transfers may take longer as they are processed in batches by the banking network. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, check that the transaction was completed successfully on your payment app or bank. If the funds left your account but have not been credited, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

To withdraw, your account must first have completed KYC verification — this is a one-time requirement. Once verified, go to the cashier section of your account, select withdrawal, choose your registered payment method (GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank account), and enter the amount in PHP. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits or to your KYC-verified bank account. Processing times vary by method. If your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact [email protected] with your account details and withdrawal reference.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section when you initiate a transaction. These amounts are set in PHP and are kept accessible for most players. Maximum transaction limits also apply per method per day or per transaction. The exact figures are shown at the point of transaction in your account. If you have a specific question about limits on your account, contact the support team at [email protected]. For a general overview of available deposit options, visit the Deposit page.

Casino & Games

Slots, live casino, game fairness, and what's available

775pub offers a wide range of casino games including slots, table games, live casino, eBingo, and online poker variants. The slots library covers classic three-reel games, modern video slots with bonus rounds and multiple paylines, and progressive jackpot titles. Table games available include Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo — both in standard format and with live dealers. The full catalogue is accessible through the Casino and Live Casino sections once you are logged in to your account.

Casino games on 775pub use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which produces game outcomes that are statistically random and not influenced by previous results or player behaviour. This is the industry standard for ensuring that no outcome is predetermined or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages — which describe the long-run expected payout rate — are available in the game information panel for each title. Higher RTP means more of the wagered amount is returned to players over time on average, though individual sessions will vary. Remember: no game outcome can be predicted or guaranteed in advance.

The Casino section contains games driven by software and RNG — slots, virtual table games, and eBingo. These are available at any time, load instantly, and allow bets at the pace you choose. The Live Casino section streams games with real human dealers from a studio, in real time. You see the dealer, the table, and the cards or wheel via live video. Live Casino is suited for players who prefer the social, interactive feel of a real table. Both sections share your account balance, so you can move between them without any additional steps.

Demo or practice mode availability depends on the specific game and game provider. Some slots and table games on 775pub offer a demo play option that allows you to try the game mechanics without risking real PHP. Live Casino games with real dealers do not have a demo mode as they involve live-streamed sessions with other players and a real dealer. If you want to explore what is available before committing real funds, check the individual game page — a demo option will be visible if it is supported for that title. Your first step is creating an account via the Register page.

Sports Betting

Markets, in-play betting, and how winnings work

775pub covers sports markets that are most relevant to Philippine fans, including:
  • Basketball — PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) and NBA
  • Boxing — including bouts featuring Filipino fighters
  • Football — international leagues and tournaments
  • Volleyball — Philippine leagues and international events
  • Esports — major competitive gaming tournaments
International sports events including major football leagues, tennis Grand Slams, and MMA are also covered. Visit the Bet section to see today's active markets and available odds.

In-play betting (also called live betting) allows you to place bets on a sporting event while it is actively in progress. Odds are updated in real time to reflect the current state of play — such as the score, time remaining, or player performance. For example, you could bet on which team scores next in a PBA game while the first quarter is still ongoing. Not all markets are available for in-play wagering, and odds can change rapidly. Bets placed during live action are subject to the same processing as pre-match bets. Head to the Bet section and look for the "Live" or "In-Play" filter to see what is currently available.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake (in PHP) by the odds at the time your bet was placed. For example, if you bet ₱500 on an outcome with odds of 2.0 and it wins, your return is ₱1,000 — your ₱500 stake back plus ₱500 profit. Odds represent the probability of an outcome as priced by 775pub's sportsbook. They can be displayed in decimal, fractional, or other formats depending on your account settings. All payouts are credited to your account balance in PHP. No outcome is guaranteed — sports results are inherently uncertain, and losses are part of the nature of sports betting.

If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled before the bet's settlement conditions are met, the standard practice is to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance in PHP. The specific rules depend on the sport, the market, and the circumstances of the cancellation — these are detailed in the Terms and Conditions. In most cases, a postponed game that is rescheduled and played within a defined window will still stand. If you have a question about a specific bet on a postponed or cancelled event, contact the support team at [email protected] with your bet slip details.

Mobile App & Access

Downloading the app, devices, and browser play

Yes. 775pub has a mobile app for both Android and iOS devices. The app gives you access to the full platform — casino games, live casino, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, and account management — with faster load times and push notifications for account activity compared to the browser version. To get the app, visit the Download page for the installation file and setup instructions. The app uses the same account credentials as the browser version, so no separate registration is needed.

Yes, the 775pub platform is fully accessible through a mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, or Firefox — on your smartphone or tablet without installing anything. Just visit 775pub.vu on your browser, log in to your account, and play. The mobile browser version is responsive and supports all platform features including live casino, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals. The dedicated app offers some advantages in loading speed and notifications, but the browser experience is complete and reliable for everyday use.

Yes. Your 775pub account balance and history are synchronised in real time, so you can log in from your desktop at home, your mobile on the commute, or a tablet anywhere — and see the same balance and bet history across all of them. There is no need to do anything special to enable multi-device access; just log in with your registered email or mobile number and complete OTP verification. As a security practice, always log out when using a shared or public device, and never save your password in a shared browser.

Security & Responsible Gaming

Account safety, deposit limits, and player protection tools

Deposit limits are available in your account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly PHP limit on how much you can deposit during that period. Reductions to your limit take effect immediately. Increases go through a mandatory cooling-off period before they apply — this is by design to prevent impulsive changes. Using a deposit limit is one of the most effective ways to keep your gaming spending within a budget you are comfortable with. For more details on all available player protection tools, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Self-exclusion locks your account from deposits and gameplay for a period you choose — from a few days up to longer durations. It is available through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Once active, you will not be able to deposit or play until the exclusion period ends. Requests to end an exclusion early are subject to a mandatory cool-down before reinstatement is considered. Players who are self-excluded will not receive promotional communications from 775pub during that period. If gaming is affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, self-exclusion is a meaningful first step. More information is on the Responsible Gaming page.

775pub uses several layers of protection for every account:
  • OTP verification — required at every login, sent to your registered Philippine mobile number
  • SSL encryption — all data between your device and 775pub servers is encrypted in transit
  • Automatic session timeout — inactive sessions are logged out after a period of inactivity
  • KYC-protected withdrawals — payouts only go to your verified payment method
  • Login activity monitoring — unusual patterns may trigger additional checks
Never share your password or OTP with anyone — including people claiming to be 775pub staff. Our team will never ask for these. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

If you notice that gaming is taking up more time or money than you intended, or if it is affecting your mood, relationships, or finances, that is a signal worth taking seriously. The steps most players find helpful include: setting a deposit limit in your account settings, taking a break using the self-exclusion or cooling-off tool, reviewing your activity history honestly, and talking to someone you trust about what you are experiencing. 775pub will never discourage you from taking these steps — the tools are there precisely for this reason. For a full breakdown of available player protection tools, visit the Responsible Gaming page. For immediate account restrictions, email [email protected].
