1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open and use a 775pub account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 775pub does not accept players under the age of 21 under any circumstances.

• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.

2 Account Registration and KYC

Each person may hold only one active 775pub account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or a different one — is a violation of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before you can make withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and OTP — confidential. Do not share login details with anyone. 775pub is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep credentials secure.

3 Deposits and Funding

The 775pub platform accepts deposits in Philippine Peso only. All account balances, stakes, and payouts are denominated in PHP. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer via InstaPay or PESONet, and Philippine online banking.

Deposits made via credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted on the 775pub platform. Funds received through unauthorised payment methods will be returned where possible and the transaction will not be credited to your account.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. These thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. 775pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

Funds deposited into your 775pub account are for gaming purposes only. Deposited funds that are not used for betting activity and are subsequently withdrawn may be subject to administrative review to ensure compliance with these terms.

4 Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso. Requests are subject to account KYC verification being fully completed.

775pub reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, we may request further documentation before releasing funds. This is a standard financial security measure and is not a punitive action against the player.

Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus offer. The standard account balance (non-bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen method.

5 Gameplay, Bets, and Results

All casino games available through 775pub use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. 7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against 775pub without valid cause.
• Requests from financial institutions or law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a player breach, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned through the player's registered payment method after verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

775pub is not liable for losses resulting from:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 775pub's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim.
